Ranchi: Maintenance work related to power transformer will be done in the power substation Polytechnic on Wednesday. Due to this, the power supply of many feeders will be disrupted from 12 noon to 3 pm. The feeders of Ranchi in which the power system will be disrupted include 11 KV Basartoli, 11 KV Main Road, 11 KV Church Road, 11 KV Sujata, 11 KV Pathalkudwa.
Due to power cut in the above feeders, there will be no electricity in many areas of Main Road for three hours. The areas of Main Road where there will be no electricity include Sujata area, Kerbala Chowk area, Gossner College, Serumtoli, Fatullah Road, Hotel Radisson Blue, Church Complex, Sainik Market, Urdu Library and other areas, where electricity service will be disrupted for three hours.
In this regard, the Electricity Department has requested the consumers to complete their necessary electricity related work before the said time.
