Special Puja-Archana was done in Shri Radha Krishna Temple on Buddha Purnima

The holy festival of Buddha Purnima was celebrated with great joy in Shri Krishna Pranami Mangal Radhika Sadanand Seva Dham Shri Radha-Krishna Temple in Pundag, run by Shri Krishna Pranami Seva Dham Trust. On this occasion, divine decoration of Shri Radha Krishna, special Puja Archana, Prasad Bhog, Bhajan Kirtan and collective Maha Aarti were organized. Fruits, dry fruits, churma, peda were duly offered to Shri Raj Shyam Ji by priest Arvind Pandey and Puja-Archana and Maha Aarti were done with full rituals and chanting of mantras. Hundreds of devotees present prayed to Lord Shri Radha Krishna for world peace with folded hands and everyone participated in the collective Maha Aarti. Thereafter, Prasad Bhog was distributed among the devotees. In the two-hour long Bhajan-Kirtan program, the audience was enthralled by the melodious bhajans sung by the trust members and women, and the entire temple premises were filled with Krishna.

            Trust spokesperson cum media in-charge Sanjay Sarraf said that Buddha Purnima, which is also called Vaishakh Purnima, people earn virtue by observing a vow of truth, non-violence and restraint on this day. Buddha Purnima is very sacred and important for the followers of both Buddhism and Hinduism. The religious significance of this day also increases because this day inspires spiritual awareness and service to humanity and worshiping Lord Buddha with meditation, sadhana and compassion brings mental peace. On this occasion, Trust's President Dungarmal Agarwal, Vice President Rajendra Prasad Agarwal, Nirmal Jalan, Secretary Manoj Chaudhary, Sajjan Padia, Puranmal Sarraf, Suresh Bhagat, Suresh Agarwal, Nirmal Cantonment, Nandkishore Chaudhary, Pawan Poddar, Shiv Bhagwan Agarwal, Vishal Jalan, Sunil Poddar, Vishnu Soni, Manish Soni, Sanjay Sarraf, Vidha Devi Agarwal, Sunita Agarwal, Santosh Devi Agarwal, Madhu Jajodia, Urmila Padia and a large number of men and women were present.
