MP and MLA laid the foundation stone of four PCC roads in Anandpur

 

Chaibasa: Foundation stone was laid for four PCC road construction works in Anandpur block. All the roads will be constructed by the Rural Development Special Division from DMFT fund. On the occasion of the foundation stone laying ceremony, MP Joba Majhi said that today is a special day for Anandpur block. Anandpur is a little behind in terms of development as compared to other blocks. But after the construction of four roads, the development here will gain momentum. The MP said that work is being done to connect every village of Singhbhum Lok Sabha constituency including Manoharpur assembly constituency with road. He said that apart from road construction, other development works are also being implemented on the ground. At the same time, MLA Jagat Majhi said that he is serious about the construction of rural roads. All the four schemes were a very old demand of the villagers. He appealed to the villagers to monitor the construction work so that the road construction is of good quality. The roads whose foundation stone was laid include PCC road from Lohasikhara border to Giarabeda border in Koenjali of Panchayat Robkera, PCC road from PWD road to Lopo Topno's house in village Kudhna of Anandpur Panchayat, PCC road from Agapit Topno's house to REO road in village Siduwa of Panchayat Jharbeda and PCC road scheme to Budhivil border via Abhiram Lakra's house in village Charbandiya of Binju Panchayat. Earlier, the villagers welcomed the MP and MLA who arrived at the foundation stone laying program with traditional dance and music. 

    On this occasion JMM Block President Silbirius Tirkey, Secretary Raju Singh, Ajay Kachhap, Sanjeev Gantait, Pintu Jain, Pappu Singhdev, Munilal Surin, Ashish Gantait, Munda Jaywant Ekka of Charbandia, Ward Member Yashoda Nayak, Nirdosh Toppo, Bilas Tirkey, Albis Barla, Nirmala Lakra, Susari Ekka, Sirofina Kerketta and many villagers were present.
