Additional Chief Secretary Vandana Dadel Reviewed Preparations for the Tribal Festival 2026

Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, Vandana Dadel, inspected the Morabadi Ground on Wednesday to prepare for the Tribal Festival 2026, which showcases Jharkhand's rich tribal culture. Reviewing various ongoing works at the venue, she directed officials to ensure all preparations are completed in a timely manner, with high quality, and with excellent coordination.
During the inspection, the Additional Chief Secretary directed special attention to security arrangements, cleanliness, traffic management, drinking water, electricity supply, and visitor amenities. She emphasized that visitors to the festival should not face any inconvenience and that the event should be grand and well-organized, in keeping with the state's cultural heritage.
Vandana Dadel also reviewed preparations for stage construction, exhibition stalls, parking arrangements, and crowd management. She advised officials from the concerned departments to work in coordination with each other and urged all agencies to work responsibly to ensure the success of the festival.
Welfare Commissioner Kuldeep Chaudhary, Special Secretary of Information and Public Relations Department Rajiv Lochan Bakshi, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, TRI Director Alok S. Kachhap, City Superintendent of Police Paras Rana and officials from various departments were present during the inspection.
