News: A comprehensive vehicle inspection drive was conducted today at the Livens School campus in Lohardaga district. On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, a team led by the District Transport Officer inspected all vehicles operating within the school premises. During the inspection, officials closely examined seating capacity for students, the technical condition of the vehicles, and adherence to safety standards. Parents were also clearly instructed to wear helmets while riding two-wheelers.
District Transport Officer, Amreshwar Giri from the District Road Safety Management team, and Traffic In-charge Rajwar were present during the drive. Along with raising awareness about road safety among students, the officials emphasized the need for safe and standard-compliant operation of vehicles used for school transportation.
