Jharkhand High Court Grants Bail to Accused in JSSC-CGL Exam Paper Leak

Jharkhand/Ranchi (HS) : Krishna Snehi, Abhilash Kumar, and Manoj Kumar, accused in the 2024 JSSC-CGL exam paper leak case, have received significant relief from the Jharkhand High Court. The High Court has accepted the bail pleas of all three accused.

The court of High Court Judge Justice Ambuj Nath granted bail to the accused on the condition of furnishing personal bonds of ₹20,000 each.

Advocate Aman Kumar Rahul argued on behalf of the accused.

It is noteworthy that the CID had named Krishna Snehi, Abhilash Kumar, and Manoj Kumar as key accused in the paper leak case in its charge sheet. Currently, all three accused are in judicial custody. Earlier last week, the High Court granted bail to three other accused in the same case: IRB respondent Robin, Kavi Raj, and Ram Niwas Rai.
