'Aadi Seva Parv' will be celebrated in MP from 17 September to 2 October, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate it


Madhya Pradesh/Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the "Aadi Seva Parv" under the Aadi Karma Yogi Abhiyan in a program organized at Bhaisola in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh on 17 September. "Aadi Seva Parv", a symbol of the confluence of tribal pride and nation building, will run till 02 October. During the "Aadi Seva Parv", service activities like health, education, nutrition, skill development, livelihood promotion, cleanliness, water conservation and environmental protection will be organized in tribal areas. The spirit of service and the resolve of self-reliant India will be at the center of every activity.

Public Relations Officer Avnish Somkunwar said on Monday that under the Aadi Karma Yogi Abhiyan, 12 state level master trainers of Madhya Pradesh have been prepared in the first phase in the Regional Process Lab. In the same sequence, 272 District Master Trainers from 41 districts have been prepared in the State Process Lab, 1210 Block Master Trainers from 242 development blocks have been prepared in the District Process Lab, through which 18150 Cluster Master Trainers at the block level, 41 district level NGO partners, 20 development block level NGO workers, 56470 Adi Sahyogi (Teachers / Doctors / Youth-Leaders / Social Workers), 203292 Adi Sahyogi (Self Help Group Members, Tribal Public Representatives, Volunteers, Cultural Personalities), 22588 Adi Students, thus the target is to prepare 303233 Change Leaders.

Tribal Village Vision-2030

He told that under this campaign, special emphasis is being laid on “Tribal Village Action Plan and Tribal Village Vision 2030”. Under this, a long-term roadmap of development is being prepared for each village, along with this, the approval of the “Village Action Plan” will be obtained in the special Gram Sabha on 02 October 2025. Service delivery, satisfaction and grievance redressal mechanism will be strengthened through Adi Seva Kendras to be set up at the village level.

During the Adi Seva Parv, in addition to the Tribal Affairs Department, village level activities, public awareness tours, field visits, orientation of villagers, subject wise group discussions for village development needs, wall-writing for display of village expectations, preparation of village development plan, determination of department wise responsibilities for the implementation of the village development plan, creation of Gram Vikas Yojana implementation calendar, determination of Adi Seva Kendra, maintenance of complaint redressal register and other necessary registers in Adi Seva Kendra etc. programs will be organized in tribal dominated villages through Karmayogis. The village development action plan will also be approved in the special Gram Sabha organized on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

Adi-Karmayogi Abhiyan

The Public Relations Officer said that the “Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan” started this year by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, is a historic initiative for the socio-economic development of tribal communities across the country. Its objective is to develop leadership capacity at the village level in tribal areas, ensure effective implementation of schemes and make governance more accountable. This campaign is based on values ​​​​like service, resolution and dedication, which is an important step towards making the tribal society self-reliant, aware and empowered.

The goal of the campaign is to train and prepare about three lakh “Adi Karmayogis”. These Karmayogis include village level youth, women, teachers, Asha workers, Anganwadi workers, Panchayat secretaries and other local representatives. Under this campaign, special emphasis is being laid on “Tribal Village Vision 2030”. Under this, a long-term road map of development is being prepared for each village. In this road map, accessibility of health services, improvement in the quality of education, availability of clean drinking water, implementation of nutrition related schemes, benefits of women and child development schemes, creation of means of livelihood and full coverage of social security schemes are being ensured.

Initiative of Adi Seva Kendra

He informed that initiatives like “Adi Seva Kendra” have been started for the effective implementation of schemes. Through these, grievance redressal and service delivery is being time-bound in the village itself. Under the campaign, special emphasis is being laid on the coordination of schemes by establishing coordination between various departments - such as Health, Education, Women and Child Development, Social Justice, Forest, Panchayat and Rural Development, Jal Jeevan Mission and Agriculture Department.

This campaign will lead to development of leadership at the village level, increase in awareness of government schemes, increase in the number of beneficiaries and better coordination between departments. This will increase self-confidence in the tribal society and deepen the trust in the government. Long-term effects will also be seen from the campaign. In which there will be poverty eradication in tribal areas, increase in girl education, reduction in maternal and infant mortality rate and increase in means of sustainable livelihood.
