Chhattisgarh/Raipur: Former Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister TS Singhdeo, while talking to journalists on Sunday, has made a strong sarcasm about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. He said that even today the country has not forgotten the incident of Galwan Valley, when 20 brave soldiers of India were martyred due to the actions of China.
Singhdeo said that at that time Prime Minister Modi used to say that the blood of the martyrs will not go in vain, but today the same Prime Minister is going to China and shaking hands with President Jinping with a smile. This is not just a handshake, but an insult to the sacrifice of the martyrs.
Singhdeo further said that during Operation Sindoor, China stood with Pakistan and kept giving them information every moment. At such a time, the country expected that the Prime Minister would bring the real face of the enemy in front of the world. But the opposite happened, Modi was seen having a friendly meeting with the President of China.
He said that the country is asking whether the blood of soldiers is so cheap? The Deputy Chief Minister said that the opposition is constantly raising the question that why did the Prime Minister forget the sacrifice of the martyrs. The country is asking whether the blood of our soldiers is so cheap that it should be forgotten and friendship should be shown with China?
Singhdev said that the way India is moving ahead strongly even after America imposed 50 percent tariff, it will improve the economic condition of the country in the coming times.
