Dead body of a youth found in a closed sack, three including a woman arrested

 

Raipur: Sensation spread when the dead body of a youth was found in a closed sack in Ravabhata near Mahadev Chowk in Khamtarai police station area on Monday. Police have arrested three accused including a woman in this case within a few hours. The deceased has been identified as 25 to 30 year old Rama Made, a resident of Odisha, who worked in RR Steel Company located in Urla.

A big revelation has been made in the police investigation. Rama Made was murdered due to illicit relationship. Accused woman Sonam Banjare carried out this incident along with her husband Krishna Banjare and brother-in-law Ramakrishna Banjare. After the murder, the body was stuffed in a sack and thrown in Ravabhata area.

Accused woman Sonam told during interrogation that she had an illicit relationship with the deceased Rama Made. On the date of the incident, she and the deceased were in an objectionable position in a room of her house, during this time her husband Krishna Banjare came and seeing both of them in an objectionable position, Krishna Kumar got angry and beat Rama Made and killed him by hitting him on the head with a wooden plank, causing serious injury. After which, late in the night, seeing the opportunity, the accused Krishna Kumar and Sonam called their friend Ramakrishna Banjare alias Rajaram and together tied the hands and legs of the deceased's body with a rope and tied a cloth on the face to hide the identity, put the body in a white colored sack and took it in Krishna Banjare's motorcycle and threw it at the incident spot and returned to their house.

All the three accused were arrested and the mobile phone of the deceased Rama Made, the alajarb used in the incident and the said motorcycle were confiscated from their possession and action was taken against the accused. Crime number 964/25 under section 103, 238 B.N.S. was registered against the accused in Khamtarai police station.
