UNICEF representative Cynthia McCaffrey meets Chief Minister Hemant Soren

 Ranchi: UNICEF India representative Cynthia McCaffrey met Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the Chief Minister's residential office. On this occasion, she apprised the Chief Minister of the schemes, works and activities run by UNICEF for the overall development of children in Jharkhand. She expressed her desire to work in coordination with the concerned departments of the state government to create a better environment for the protection of child rights, education, health and development of their personality. The Chief Minister appreciated the work of UNICEF and assured them of full support.

Efforts are being made to advance children in every field

The Chief Minister said that our government is committed to the overall development of children. Many schemes are being run for how the children of our state can progress in every field. Unless the children are healthy and safe, there can be no talk of their development. This is the reason why our government is working at every level to overcome malnutrition and many other health problems in children. The Chief Minister said that UNICEF will get full support from the government for the overall development of children. With everyone's cooperation, efforts will be made to give a better life to the children of this state. UNICEF, Jharkhand Chief Kannika Mitra and Communication Specialist Aastha Alang were also present on this occasion.
