🤖 AI Enters CCL: HR Management Set to Become Smarter; Officials Receive Specialized Training

The Human Resource Development (HRD) department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a one-day training program on the topic "The Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources." Approximately 50 HR officials from various CCL areas and the headquarters participated in this training.
The program was inaugurated by CCL Director (Technical/Operations) C.S. Tiwari. Training faculty member Deshbandhu Mishra and General Manager (HRD) M.F. Haque were also present on the occasion.
In his welcome address, General Manager (HRD) M.F. Haque stated that Artificial Intelligence is becoming an integral part of workplaces in the current era. Given the evolving technological landscape, it is essential for HR officials to understand how AI functions and learn how to utilize it effectively.
Meanwhile, Director (Technical/Operations) C.S. Tiwari remarked that AI could play a pivotal role in making human resource management more efficient, faster, and more effective. He also emphasized the importance of understanding the ethical aspects, potential challenges, and "grey areas" associated with AI usage to ensure the technology is employed responsibly and in a balanced manner.
