🗳️ Municipal Elections: ADG Inspects Polling Stations
Ranchi, February 23, 2026: On polling day for the Jharkhand Municipal Elections, Additional Director General of Police, South Chotanagpur Range, Ranchi, Manoj Kaushik, IPS, inspected various polling stations. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Police (Rural), and Superintendent of Police (Traffic) were also present. The officials reviewed security arrangements in sensitive areas, police deployment, and the law and order situation. The ADG issued instructions to ensure peaceful, fair, and fear-free voting. The local DSP, station in-charge, and other police officers and personnel were present during the inspection.
