For the construction of the hotel, around 6 acres of land in the Core Capital Area at Dhurwa has already been made available on lease. All formalities related to land allotment have been completed, and the project has now entered the final stage of technical, design, and administrative processes.
The proposed Taj Hotel will feature approximately 200 state-of-the-art rooms. In addition, the property will include grand banquet halls, a wellness centre, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and other world-class amenities. Once completed, the hotel is expected to position Ranchi as a key destination for major events, corporate conferences, and international-level programmes.
