Jharkhand/Ranchi : OM Case No. 457/2023 was resolved at the Mediation Centre, Ranchi, through the joint efforts of Advocate Mediator Amarendra Kumar Ojha, Advocate Prince Kashyap for the first party, and Advocate Pappu Kumar for the second party. This case came to the Mediation Centre, Ranchi, for mediation from the court of Honorable Rajesh Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Justice, Family Court-2.
OM Case No. 457/2023 was resolved through the efforts of Advocate Mediator Amarendra Kumar Ojha, Advocate Prince Kashyap for the first party, and Advocate Pappu Kumar for the second party. DLSA Secretary Ravi Kumar Bhaskar directed Advocate Mediator Amarendra Kumar Ojha to resolve this dispute.
It is worth noting that the first party, Sagufta Afrin, had filed a maintenance suit against her husband, Firoz Ansari. The couple, married according to Muslim customs, had been living separately for approximately 3-4 years due to a dispute. After mediation and counseling by learned lawyers, the dispute was resolved in three or four sittings, and the couple agreed to live together again. They have a son and a daughter. They will respect each other and each other's families. The wife will respect her husband, and the husband will take care of his wife's needs. Through mediation, they agreed to bury the hatchet and work together to build their children's future.
In conclusion, DLSA Secretary Ravi Kumar Bhaskar presented both parties with bouquets and wished them a bright future and urged them to avoid further disputes. He also urged them to focus on raising their children so they can help them in the future.
