Jharkhand/East Singhbhum : A daylight theft at Mahendra Apartments in the Golmuri police station area on Wednesday caused a stir in the area. Thieves targeted the home of businessman Rishabh Singh, who lived in flat number 203 of the apartment, and made away with property worth approximately 10 lakh rupees.
Regarding the incident, businessman Rishabh Singh told police that he had gone to his workshop with his family to perform puja on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja. During the incident, thieves broke into the house, broke the locks of four cupboards, and stole jewellery worth approximately 8 lakh rupees and 2 lakh rupees in cash.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Golmuri police arrived at the scene and began an investigation. Police officials stated that the matter is being thoroughly investigated and the accused will be arrested soon.
