The matter of action taken by CCL management against coal smuggling in Rajrappa is now gaining momentum. GM has accused the police station in-charge of not taking any action despite giving information. At the same time, police station in-charge Krishna Kumar has called the role of GM suspicious. Coal smugglers are making money in the fight between two departments. Smugglers seem to be successful in their plans. The smugglers managed to escape with their Hiva and Thar, because till now no vehicle has been seized in the case.

If they had confiscated the Hiva loaded with illegal coal, then why did they leave it and go away. Why did they not inform our senior officers about the raid before making allegations in the matter. Krishna Kumar clearly said that the role of GM in the whole episode is suspicious. If their action was correct then they would have updated the mobile number of my patrol team daily. Despite this, the patrol team was not called. Which can be understood how much truth was there in the action of GM. He said that first of all CCL management did not give any information. If there was no response from the police station then why did they not call the senior officers. If the vehicle keys were taken out then how did the driver run away with the vehicle. Why did the CCL officials return leaving the confiscated vehicle.

The police did not take our application until the coal smugglers had safely taken their vehicles away. Now when the coal smugglers have fled with their vehicles, the police is accusing the CCL management by fabricating a story. In such a situation, how will the CCL management take any action? The police does not support CCL in any matter. Due to this, coal smugglers are smuggling coal from our area. Even before this, applications have been given to the police many times. But the action of the police has always been negative.
