Ranchi: The first phase of Mission Parivar Vikas Abhiyan under the family planning program was organized at the Civil Surgeon Office, Ranchi. Under this, today the awareness chariot Sarathi on Wheels was flagged off by DRCHO Dr. Asim Kumar Manjhi. District Program Manager Praveen Kumar Singh, DPC Preeti Chaudhary, and other health workers and employees were present on the occasion. Through this campaign, emphasis has been laid on marriage at the right age, first child after at least 2 years of marriage, keeping a gap of at least 3 years between two children, and family planning methods after delivery. Under this program, awareness chariots are also being run in all the blocks of Ranchi.
