Sanjay Saraf Honored for Outstanding Contribution to Social Causes
During a dignified seminar held in the auditorium of Marwari Bhawan—organized under the joint aegis of the Akhil Bharatvarshiya Marwari Sammelan and the Jharkhand Prantiya Marwari Sammelan—Sanjay Saraf was honored for his outstanding social work, the successful organization of the Marwar Mahotsav, and his remarkable contributions to the media sector. Saraf serves as the Joint General Secretary, Spokesperson, and a dedicated social worker for the Jharkhand Prantiya Marwari Sammelan. At the event, the former National President of the Akhil Bharatvarshiya Marwari Sammelan, Goverdhan Prasad Gadodia; the former National General Secretary, Dr. Sanjay Harlalka (Kolkata); and former Member of Parliament Mahesh Poddar jointly honored Sanjay Saraf by draping a traditional stole (*Angavastra*) over his shoulders and presenting him with a memento and a sapling. Furthermore, they extended their heartfelt best wishes to him, wishing him a bright and successful future. For nearly two decades, Sanjay Saraf has been actively involved in various social and religious organizations in Ranchi, dedicating himself continuously to public service. Through his endeavors, he has fostered awareness, service, and organizational strength within the community, thereby carving a distinct identity for himself in Jharkhand. Currently, he serves as the State Spokesperson and Media In-charge for several organizations, including the Shri Krishna Pranami Seva Dham Trust, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Seva Vibhag, the Jharkhand Parents Association, the Rashtriya Sanatan Ekta Manch, and the Pavitram Seva Parivar. Additionally, he successfully discharges various responsibilities in numerous other institutions, serving as the Vice President of the Hindi Sahitya Bharati and holding key positions within the Agarwal Sabha and the Marwari Sahayak Samiti.
