Kalpana Soren Inaugurates International Mega Trade Fair; Crowds Flock to Ranchi
The 17th India International Mega Trade Fair was inaugurated on Saturday at the Morabadi Grounds in Ranchi by Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren. She stated that such events provide people with the opportunity to view and purchase national and international products, while also strengthening Jharkhand's identity on a global stage.
Speaking at the event, MSME Director Indrajit Yadav highlighted the potential for industry and employment within the state. Chamber President Aditya Malhotra informed that over 35,000 products from 12 countries and 15 states are being showcased at the fair.
On the very first day, a large number of visitors arrived and purchased various foreign products, including Afghan dry fruits, Iranian saffron, and Dubai attar. The fair will remain open daily from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM until April 6.
