Jharkhand/Hazaribagh: A review meeting related to the Revenue Department was held in the Collectorate Auditorium of the district on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Shashi Prakash Singh. In the meeting, a detailed review of the cases related to PG portal, land survey cases, mutation, mutation, so-moto mutation, e-revenue court, RCMS online report, online rent case, refinement portal and cancellation of jamabandi was done. Deputy Commissioner Shashi Prakash Singh first reviewed the compliance on the instructions given in the previous meeting.
Also gave special instructions for speedy disposal of pending cases on PG portal. He also directed the Additional Collector to inspect one zonal office every week and submit a report. Instructions were given to take the complaints related to land survey seriously and to expedite the disposal of cases pending for more than 90 days.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all the concerned officials to review the complaints related to revenue and land acquisition received in the Janta Darbar and submit the investigation report.
Apart from this, instructions were given to increase the progress in the mutation process, not to keep the rectification cases pending unnecessarily, to ensure speedy disposal of pending cases by thoroughly reviewing the cases filed and executed in the e-revenue court. Instructions were also given to make progress in the cases related to land acquired under the Land Acquisition Acts and on all parameters.
