Haryana/Fatehabad: Cyber thugs withdrew 1 lakh 40 thousand rupees from the account of a farmer of village Bhirdana. The farmer neither shared any OTP with anyone nor shared the bank details, despite this the amount was withdrawn from his account. When the farmer came to know about the fraud committed with him, he immediately called 1930 and lodged a complaint about it. After the complaint, the police have now registered a case on Sunday. In the complaint given to the police, Jaswant Singh, a resident of village Bhirdana, has said that he works in agriculture. Last day, first 75 thousand rupees were withdrawn from his Punjab National Bank account. After this, 25 thousand rupees were deducted from his account for the second time and then 40 thousand rupees, a total of 1 lakh 40 thousand rupees were deducted from his account through different transactions. When he got a message on his mobile about money being deducted from the account, he came to know about the fraud committed with him. After this, he first reset his phone in panic and later called 1930 and lodged a complaint. In this case, the Cyber Police Station Fatehabad has registered a case against the unknown fraudster and started investigation.
