Bihar/Bhagalpur: On the second day of the Provincial Mathematics-Science Fair, competitions of science, mathematics, Vedic mathematics, use of computer, exhibition, question forum and letter reading for the Shishu, Bal and Kishore category were held at Anandram Dhandaniya Saraswati Vidya Mandir Bhagalpur on Sunday.
The program was jointly inaugurated by Chief Guest Mrityunjay Kumar Jha, President, Sanskrit Education Board, Bihar; Special Guest Khyaliram, Organization Minister, North East Region, Vidya Bharati; Special Guest Pradeep Kumar Kushwaha, State Secretary, Bharti Shiksha Samiti and Shishu Shiksha Management Committee, Bihar; Vice President of School Management Committee Professor Dr. Shaileshwar Prasad Sinha; Former Principal SKP, RP Singh of Bhagalpur and Principal of the school Sumant Kumar.
On this occasion, the Chief Guest, Special Guest and State Secretary inaugurated and observed the Provincial Mathematics-Science Fair and Exhibition. Prize distribution and closing ceremony will be held on the third day. On the said occasion, Mrityunjay Kumar Jha said that we are very happy to see the talent and curiosity of the child scientists. I will try to organize such competitions in Bihar Sanskrit Education Board as well. He appreciated the efforts made by Vidya Bharati for the all-round development of children.
He told that science and mathematics are related to Sanskrit verses by giving many examples from Ramayana and Mahabharata. He wished the child scientists for their bright future. The organization minister said that competitions are necessary from time to time to enhance the talent of brothers and sisters and to make them do new experiments and research. Children should be curious about the subject and education should be cultured. The state secretary discussed in detail the objective and prologue of the Mathematics-Science Fair and said that poverty does not matter for knowledgeable or intellectual development. Professor Dr. Shaileshwar Prasad Sinha gave the presidential speech. The stage was conducted by District Inspector of Gaya Department Umashankar Poddar.
