“Approval Granted for Registration of Mining Leases for Two Sand Ghats in Ranchi”
Ranchi: The District Mining Office, Ranchi, has initiated the process for the registration of mining leases for two sand ghats falling under Group-C, in favor of SAMARTH AD PROTEX Pvt. Ltd. According to the issued letter, approval has been granted to the company for selected sand ghats located within the Bundu and Silli circles.
As per the documents, permission has been granted for the registration of mining leases for sand ghats situated in Mouza Rugambera (Bundu Circle)—Plot No. 469(31), covering an area of 5.00 acres—and Mouza Chokahatu (Silli Circle)—Plot No. 1341 (Part), covering an area of 3.50 acres.
The letter notes that the partners/directors of the company are Bishnu Kumar Agarwala and Dheeraj Agarwal. The company's address is listed as Diamond Prestige, Level-1, Unit-113, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata. The District Mining Office has directed that the relevant formalities be completed and the registration be executed at the District Registration Office.
