Ranchi: A meeting of the Skill Development Sub-Committee of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FJCCI) was held at Chamber Bhawan. The session focused on enhancing skill development initiatives across the state to benefit the local business community.
Key Highlights of the Meeting:
* Training in Modern Tech: The committee decided to organize specialized workshops and training sessions on Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for chamber members and traders.
* Sales Training Programs: To boost professional efficiency, the committee agreed to launch sales training programs specifically designed for the employees of local businesses.
* Implementation of MoUs: Detailed discussions were held regarding the effective execution of recent Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) signed with XISS, BIT Mesra, and the Jharkhand Government Tool Room.
* Strengthening Coordination: Vice Presidents Praveen Lohia and Ram Bangar emphasized ensuring that these initiatives provide maximum practical benefits to businessmen, while sub-committee chairmen Alok Singh and Priyank Bhagat highlighted the importance of upgrading employee skill sets.
Chamber officials, including Joint Secretary Navjot Alang and Treasurer Anil Agarwal, lauded these efforts, calling them a progressive step toward modernizing Jharkhand's industrial and trade sectors.
