Goods will be confiscated if rent of sealed shops of Zila Parishad is not paid

Jharkhand/Palamu: A meeting of the Zila Parishad Board was held in the Deputy Development Commissioner Auditorium in the Collectorate on Saturday under the chairmanship of Palamu Zila Parishad President Pratima Kumari. In the meeting, first of all, the compliance of the decision taken in the last board meeting was reviewed. During the department-wise review, decisions were taken on many agendas of revenue collection and public interest.

It was decided in the meeting that those who are not depositing the rent of the sealed shops, will be given a final notice and action will be taken to seize their goods and file a petition for auction. In case the DRDA employees do not get their salary after merging with the Zila Parishad, it was decided to pay their two months' salary from the Zila Parishad fund.

It was decided to pay the electricity bill of Koyal Ajeevika April Park. In this way, after getting the Dak Bungalow, various multipurpose buildings repaired, it was decided to rent them out. Zila Parishad member Pramod Singh took information about urea distribution and highlighted various issues related to distribution.

The District Agriculture Officer said that an inquiry committee will be formed to investigate the entire matter. Zila Parishad member Vijay Ravidas demanded the list of Anganwadi workers. In the meeting, the issue of Anganwadi related works being disrupted due to absence of CDPO in Padwa block was raised.

Zila Parishad member Pramod Singh requested to repair the dilapidated electric wires and poles. Similarly, the work being done by various departments was also reviewed and various decisions were also taken.

Zila Parishad President Pratima Kumari, Zila Parishad Vice President Alok Kumar Singh, Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer cum Deputy Development Commissioner Javed Hussain, various Zila Parishad members and related officials of various departments were present in the meeting.
