Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar Fills Out Voter Enumeration Form; Appeals to Citizens to Cooperate with Special Revision Drive

Ranchi, July 2: On Thursday, the Governor of Jharkhand filled out and signed the enumeration form himself as part of the 'Special Intensive Revision' drive for the electoral roll at Lok Bhawan, Ranchi. He then handed the form to Smt. Manju Kachhap, the Booth Level Officer (BLO) for Polling Station No. 16 of the 63-Ranchi Assembly Constituency.

Jharkhand’s Chief Electoral Officer, Ranchi’s District Election Officer, and the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO)-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer were present on this occasion.

Appealing to all eligible Indian citizens in the state, the Governor urged them to fill out the enumeration form with accurate information and hand it over—duly signed—to the BLO when the official visits their homes during the special intensive revision program. This would ensure that the process of including every eligible citizen's name in the electoral roll is completed in a timely and effective manner.

He stated that an accurate and up-to-date electoral roll forms the foundation of a strong democracy and that the active participation of all citizens is essential for the success of this campaign.

Extending his best wishes to all officials and personnel involved in this special drive, the Governor expressed confidence that their dedicated efforts would ensure the inclusion of every eligible citizen's name in the electoral roll.
