JPSC Preliminary Exam Conducted Peacefully Across 14 Centers in Lohardaga
Lohardaga: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) 2025 Preliminary Examination was conducted peacefully and without any malpractice across 14 designated centers in Lohardaga district. The exam was held in two shifts under strict administrative supervision to ensure transparency.
Key highlights of the examination:
* Administrative Oversight: Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kumar Meena and Superintendent of Police Sadiq Anwar Rizwi personally visited various centers to inspect the arrangements. The DC also monitored the centers via CCTV from the District Control Room.
* Attendance Statistics: Out of a total of 4,305 registered candidates, 2,977 appeared in the first shift and 2,973 in the second shift.
* Strict Security Measures: Candidates underwent rigorous checking before entering the halls. To prevent any impersonation, biometric identification—including fingerprint and retina scans—was recorded for every participant.
* Inspection of Centers: The DC inspected several locations, including CM Excellence Nadiya Hindu High School, BS College, and Ursuline Convent. He directed center superintendents and magistrates to maintain absolute fairness, stating that no negligence would be tolerated.
Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kumar Meena confirmed that the examination concluded in a disciplined environment with no reports of irregularities or disturbances from any part of the district. Senior officials including SDM Amit Kumar and ITDA Director Sushma Neelam Soreng were also present during the inspections.
