Jharkhand/Dhanbad: The re-election of Santosh Singh as the new District President of the Congress party has sparked a turmoil within the party. Wearing black bands, Congress leaders and workers have now staged a protest. On Monday, party leaders and workers staged a protest at the city center, staging a protest at the city center.

Protesting leaders: Former District President (OBC Front) Pritam Singh and Congress leader Manoj Singh accused Santosh Singh of being a BJP agent and stated that the District President is responsible for the party's plight in Dhanbad. They further stated that if the party does not take action on this issue, a fierce agitation will be launched.

Meanwhile, upon his re-election as District President, Dhanbad workers gave Santosh Singh a rousing welcome at the Dhanbad Railway Station. On this occasion, workers expressed their joy with garlands and slogans.

Meanwhile, Congress District President Santosh Singh said that he is grateful to the state leadership for reposing their trust in him. He stated that strengthening the Congress party at the grassroots level in Dhanbad will be his priority and that the organization will be further strengthened by engaging workers from all walks of life.
