Jharkhand/ Ranchi: An important meeting of NDA constituent parties was held today at the BJP State Office under the chairmanship of State President and Leader of the Opposition Babulal Marandi, where the NDA's strategy for the upcoming Ghatsila by-election on November 11th was discussed in detail.
Participating in the meeting were BJP State Executive President MP Aditya Sahu, AJSU Party President and former Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Kumar Mahto, JDU State President and Rajya Sabha MP Khiru Mahto, LJP State President Virendra Pradhan, MLAs Janardan Paswan and Umesh Tiwari.
Addressing a joint press conference after the meeting, State President and Leader of the Opposition Babulal Marandi stated that the NDA candidate's victory in the Ghatsila by-election is certain. The people of the constituency are fed up with the Hemant government's broken promises. The state's development has stalled in the last six years.
He stated that the Hemant government, Part 2, is about to complete its first year, but the public is witnessing only loot, corruption, brokerage, and mafia activities. Sand, stone, and land are being looted. The common man is suffering from a lack of basic amenities like roads, health care, electricity, and education. Schools lack teachers, hospitals lack medicines, and doctors. Corruption is rampant in government offices; nothing gets done without money.
He stated that law and order is in shambles. The public is not safe even in the state capital.
The youth of the state are tired of waiting for jobs. Vacancies are not being announced, and those that are are being sold.
He stated that the NDA will go to the public with these issues against the state government. He said that the public mood is set to teach the state government a lesson.

AJSU Party President and former Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Kumar Mahto said that the NDA will fully unite and put all its strength into the Ghatsila by-election.
He said that the state government's failure on every front is the biggest issue.
He said that the NDA will urge the public to save Jharkhand from the corrupt and incompetent government.
He said that the public's displeasure with the Hemant government will be reflected in the election results.
