Training program organized on the subject of principle, process and judicial precedent: CCL

 

Ranchi: The Legal Department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a one-day training program on the subject of Disciplinary Inquiry: Principles, Process and Judicial Precedents. This training program was organized in hybrid format, in which the participants participated physically and virtually.

       On this occasion, Amit Kumar Das, Advocate of Jharkhand High Court addressed the program as the keynote speaker. He elaborately highlighted the legal process of disciplinary inquiry, major judicial interpretations related to it and practical aspects. Also, CCL General Manager (HR / IR) Navneet Kumar also conducted an in-depth session on the subject.

       The program was attended by General Manager (HRD), General Manager (EE), General Manager (Law), General Manager (Manpower) and those personnel who are currently working as Inquiry Officer or Management Representative. Other executives from various fields also participated in the training program virtually.

      A total of 50 executives participated in this training program and described it as extremely beneficial and informative. All the participants found this training extremely helpful in understanding the clarity and practicality of the disciplinary inquiry process.

      Organizing such training programs from time to time by CCL is an important effort towards strengthening the administrative system of the company and making the officers competent.
