Ranchi: The hearing on the anticipatory bail of 14 chargesheeted accused in the JPSC second civil service recruitment scam will be held next week. In the case, the accused Prakash Kumar, Hari Shankar Singh Munda, Mausami Nagesh, Shaulesh Kumar Srivastava, Harishankar Badaik, Kanu Ram Nag, Nand Lal, Dr. Dina Nath Singh, Munindra Tiwari, Shiv Bahadur Singh, Raghuveer Singh Tomar, Santosh Kumar Chaudhary, Rajiv Kumar Singh and Sudama Kumar have filed a petition pleading for anticipatory bail.
The date of hearing on the petitions of 6 accused has been fixed for May 19 and the date of hearing on the petitions of 8 accused has been fixed for May 22. The petitions were listed for hearing in the special court of CBI. But time was demanded. On this, the court has fixed the date of next hearing on May 19 and 22. The accused have filed a petition last month pleading for bail. Let us tell you that the CBI, completing the investigation after 12 years, filed a chargesheet against 60 accused in the month of October last year. On which the court took cognizance and issued summons against 64 accused on the 7th of last month. The case is going on in the presence of the accused.
