Nemra (Ramgarh), October 9, 2026: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren performed a traditional ritual in memory of his late mother, Rupi Soren, at his ancestral residence in Nemra, Ramgarh district, on Friday morning. In accordance with local customs and traditions, the Chief Minister participated in the traditional ritual of serving food in honour of his departed mother, along with his family members.
Hemant Soren observed family traditions and customary rituals associated with the memory of his late mother. The ceremony was conducted at his ancestral home in Nemra, following the customs and practices traditionally observed by the family.
