Selfless Service is Humanity's Greatest Strength: Prime Minister Narendra Modi

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stated that selfless service is humanity's greatest strength. He remarked that the spirit of service and dedication forms the foundation of society and nation-building. Driven by this resolve, the country is continuously moving towards improving the lives of all its citizens.
Highlighting the Indian cultural ethos of service, Prime Minister Modi shared a Sanskrit *Subhashitam* (wise saying):
“हितं यत्सर्वभूतानामात्मानश्च सुखावहम्।
तत्कुर्यादीश्वरे ह्येतन्मूलं सर्वार्थसिद्धये।।”
The message of this *Subhashitam* is that one should perform actions that are beneficial for the welfare of all living beings and bring peace to the soul. This constitutes true dedication to the Divine and serves as the fundamental basis for achieving all of life's objectives and spiritual attainments.
In a post on 'X', Prime Minister Modi wrote, "Selfless action is humanity's greatest strength. We are moving forward with the resolve to improve everyone's life, guided by this very spirit of service and dedication."
He added that the creation of a strong and compassionate society is possible only through a spirit of human welfare, service, and dedication.
