🎬Film and Television Institute to Open in Jharkhand; Media Professionals to Receive Modern Training
Ranchi: An initiative has been launched to give a new direction to film and media education in Jharkhand. The Jharkhand Film and Television Institute (JFTI) will be established at the Information Building (Soochna Bhawan). With technical collaboration from SRFTI, Kolkata, the institute will offer short-term, full-time, part-time, and evening courses in disciplines such as sound design, editing, animation, cinematography, scriptwriting, direction, and film production. Additionally, there are plans to introduce specialized short-term training for the state's media professionals on modern film, television, and media techniques, further enhancing their professional expertise.
