Chief Minister Hemant Soren Pays Heartfelt Tribute to Former Minister Mannan Mallick

Ranchi, July 14: Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed deep grief over the demise of former Jharkhand Minister Mannan Mallick. On Tuesday, the Chief Minister, accompanied by his wife and MLA Kalpana Soren, visited the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, where he paid a heartfelt tribute by laying a floral wreath on the mortal remains of the late leader.
The Chief Minister prayed to Marang Buru for the peace of the departed soul and for strength to be granted to the bereaved family, supporters, and well-wishers during this difficult time.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren stated that Mannan Mallick had been active in public service and public life for a long time. He had strongly voiced the concerns of the people of Jharkhand, particularly those of Dhanbad. With his passing, the state has lost an experienced public representative and a leader deeply committed to social causes. This is an irreparable loss for the state, and his absence will always be felt.
After paying his respects, the Chief Minister and MLA Kalpana Soren met the family members of the late Mannan Mallick to express their deep condolences and offer words of comfort.
It was reported that former Minister Mannan Mallick had been unwell for some time. He breathed his last on Tuesday morning at a private hospital in Ranchi.
