Indane Gas Bookings Disrupted Due to Server Upgrade; Manual Booking Facility Introduced in Ranchi: Deputy Commissioner
Ranchi: To ensure the convenience of Indane Gas consumers in Ranchi, IOCL (Indane) has introduced a manual booking system for gas refills. Online booking services are currently experiencing disruptions as the process of upgrading the company's servers is still underway. In light of this situation, various Indane Gas distributors have released dedicated mobile numbers that consumers can call to book their gas cylinders.
According to company officials, the booking process will resume as normal once the server upgrade work is completed, which is expected to happen shortly. Ranchi is home to approximately 150,000 Indane Gas consumers, with around 10,500 cylinders being delivered daily. Officials have appealed to consumers to refrain from panic booking and to exercise patience.
