Second phase of training for polling personnel for the 2026 Municipal Elections, SDO inspects

The district administration has intensified preparations for the successful, fair, and orderly conduct of the 2026 Municipal (General) Elections. In this regard, the second phase of training for polling officers, sector magistrates, and presiding officers was held at the Morabadi center.
Ranchi Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer Kumar Rajat inspected the training center and instructed officials to work responsibly and transparently, and urged them to seek guidance from master trainers to resolve any doubts.
District-level master trainers provided information on pre-poll preparations, polling day procedures, ballot box handling, sealing, form maintenance, confidentiality, facilities for disabled and elderly voters, adherence to the code of conduct, and handling emergencies. Nodal Officer Sanjeev Kumar, Badal Raj, and other personnel were present.
