The grand football tournament organized by the Central Sarna Committee (KSS) on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda will commence tomorrow, January 3, 2026. This information was provided in a press release issued by the committee.
The competition will be held at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Football Ground.
✨ Ground Purification
As part of the preparations for the competition, the Central Sarna Committee performed the traditional purification ritual (Sosopada) of the ground. This ceremony was carried out by the Chief Pahan, Shri Jaglal Pahan.
🥅 Matches Scheduled for Tomorrow
Two exciting matches will be played on the inaugural day, January 3, 2026:
* First Match: Deepak Brothers Budhmu vs. Lakra Brothers Football Club.
* Second Match: Mutru Brothers Sangrampur vs. Satiyari Toli.
The committee has appealed to sports enthusiasts to attend in large numbers to encourage the players.
