The District Public Relations Office, Ranchi, through Press Release No. 705/2025, informed that a district-wide Janata Darbar was organized on Tuesday across all circles of Ranchi under the direction of Deputy Commissioner–cum–District Magistrate Manjunath Bhajantre. The initiative aimed to ensure swift and transparent resolution of public grievances by bringing administrative services directly to the people.
Officials including circle officers, circle inspectors, and revenue staff remained present in all locations and processed a large number of applications on the spot. Citizens received timely assistance in matters related to residential, caste, income certificates, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), birth–death registration, revenue issues, and social security schemes.
Key Circle-wise Highlights
- Sonahatu: Sarla Devi of Danadih village was issued a family membership certificate.
- Silli: Family membership certificates were handed over to Gudi Devi and Sukramani Devi of Chhota Muri.
- Mandar:
- AK Mahto of Tatkundoh Mouza received a land verification certificate for KCC loan.
- Register-II corrections made for Hanif Mian (Budha Khukhra) and Leda Patrick (Kanjia).
- Ormanjhi: Register-II correction for Narayan Mahto completed.
- Hehal: Online revenue receipt issued to Prem Kumar of Laxminagar.
- Itki: 84 applications across various categories were resolved instantly.
- Khalari: 34 applications related to certificates and revenue matters processed.
- Silli: 49 applications disposed.
- Chanho: 106 cases resolved.
- Bero: 143 cases disposed—one of the highest in the district.
- Nagri: 54 applications resolved.
- Ratu: 106 applications completed.
- Mandar: 28 cases processed.
- Other circles also reported disposal of several pending applications.
Effective Redressal of Long-Pending Issues
During the Janata Darbar, many long-pending revenue cases across the district were taken up and resolved promptly. The swift actions of the officials ensured that applicants received immediate relief without repeated visits to government offices.
