Various quiz, dance, painting and cultural events organised across district on Jharkhand’s Silver Jubilee
To mark 25 years of the formation of Jharkhand, a series of celebrations is being held across the district. As part of these celebrations, government and residential schools conducted various cultural and academic programmes on Thursday. The events will continue till November 15, after which the winning participants will be awarded and felicitated.
District Education Superintendent Sanjeet Kumar said that these programmes will help children better understand Jharkhand’s art, culture and heritage. He added that such activities also provide an opportunity for students to explore and develop their hidden talents.
He informed that selected students from all blocks of the district will participate in the district-level programme on November 14, which will be held in the auditorium of Gandhi Smarak Plus Two High School.
