East Singhbhum, November 17:
JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) MLA Sanjeev Sardar laid the foundation stone for a new health sub-centre in the Aasanbani area of Potka on Monday. The initiative is seen as a major step toward strengthening rural healthcare infrastructure, offering much-needed relief to the residents of nearby villages. Once completed, the centre will be equipped with modern facilities and is expected to serve as a key healthcare hub for the region.

MLA Emphasises Accessible and Quality Healthcare

Speaking at the ceremony, MLA Sanjeev Sardar said that providing safe, accessible and quality health services to the public is his top priority.
He stated that with the establishment of this sub-centre, residents will no longer have to travel long distances for medical treatment.

The MLA assured that the centre will have trained doctors, advanced medical equipment, and round-the-clock services, ensuring immediate medical support during emergencies or health crises.

“Government Committed to Strengthening Rural Health Services”

MLA Sardar highlighted that Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s government is working with a vision to strengthen villages and improve rural services.
He said that the Abua Sarkar is continuously taking impactful steps to empower healthcare facilities in rural areas.
The establishment of the sub-centre in Aasanbani, he added, is a clear example of the government’s welfare policies reaching the grassroots level.
