Movement will continue till the return of farmers' land in Nagdi: Champai

Ranchi: Former Chief Minister and BJP leader Champai Soren, on the proposed land in the construction work of RIMS-2 in Nagdi, has targeted the government fiercely in a press conference on Sunday. He said that opposition to which the hemant government wants to take away the cultivable land with which the dictatorial attitude wants to take away the cultivable land will not be limited to only today. This movement will continue till they get back the cultivable land of tribal indigenous people.

Champai Soren said that this movement was started on World Tribal Day. On the same day, it was decided that a protest would be lodged by plowing a plow on the fertile land of Nagdi. He said that despite all the strictness and obstacles of the administration, the villagers and farmers-tribals remained united and struggled.

Soren said that the Nagadi movement is highlighting the real thinking of the government. He alleged that the government is plotting to destroy tribals in the name of development and end their identity.

Soren clarified that this movement is not a single day but a long battle. The BJP is with them in the battle to save the land of farmers and tribals and it is our goal to force the government to retreat.
