Water and cumin water bottles distributed

Ranchi: Under the directions of Jhalsa and guidance of Justice Commissioner cum Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, on Friday, in view of the scorching heat, DALSA Ranchi, with the joint efforts of DALSA Ranchi and Rotary Club of Uptown, Ranchi, distributed water bottles and cumin water bottles as relief material near Rajendra Chowk, from Firayalal Chowk in Ranchi. On this occasion, LADC Chief, Praveen Kumar Srivastava, LADC Assistant, Shivani Singh, Rotary Club Ranchi members, Ruma Chatterjee, Rupa Mukherjee, Seema Singh, Rachna Bali, Sangeeta Prasad, Mamta Pandey, Ranjana Prasad, Nitika Sharma, PLV Sampa Das, Pinku Kumari, Renu Devi, Suraj Kumar and Raja Verma were present.

             It is known that for the last few days, there has been severe heat in various districts of Jharkhand. Many reports are being published in different newspapers about people affected by heat wave and extreme heat. Due to this, daily wage workers, people posted at open public places, small vendors on the footpath, traffic police and other people are being affected.

             Dalsa Secretary Ravi Kumar Bhaskar said that due to increasing heat, working in the scorching sun causes dehydration in the body. To meet the water shortage, Dalsa is distributing water bottles and jeera water bottles with the help of Rotary Club, Ranchi. He advised people to drink as much water as possible, so that there is no water shortage in the body. Relief materials will be distributed among the needy people in the future as well.
