Quarterly meeting of Official Language Implementation Committee held in CCL

 

Ranchi: Quarterly meeting of Official Language Implementation Committee was held under the chairmanship of Director (Human Resources) Harsh Nath Mishra in the auditorium situated on the second floor of the new building of CCL, Darbhanga House, Ranchi. On this occasion, Director (Human Resources) Harsh Nath Mishra, General Manager (Welfare) Rekha Pandey, General Manager (Workers/Official Language) Sanjay Kumar Thakur, Heads of Departments of various departments, General Managers and Official Language Nodal Officers along with representatives from the areas of CCL were present.

     While chairing the meeting, Director (Human Resources) Mr. Mishra said that this is not only a meeting of Official Language, but is an important part of our work. Official Language Implementation is very important. All departments should have a progressive approach in the implementation of Official Language. We should do as much office work as possible in Hindi.

       General Manager (Workers/Official Language) Mr. Sanjay Kumar Thakur threw light on the related subjects done by the Official Language Department. Divik Divesh, Deputy Manager (Official Language) further apprised everyone about the activities related to official language. In the meeting, correspondence in Hindi, note drafting and other office work etc. were discussed in detail.

      Technical: System Department, Non-Technical: Welfare Department and Centralized Unit: Kuju Area were awarded with Chal Shield for excellent work in official language in the last quarter. In the debate competition organized by Narakas (Undertaking), Ranchi, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) participant Mohit Jain, Senior Manager (System) was honored for excellent performance. Vote of thanks was given by General Manager (Welfare) Rekha Pandey.
