Prime Minister Modi pays tribute to the Quit India Movement activists
New Delhi, August 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered all the activists who participated in the historic Quit India Movement and paid tribute to their courage, sacrifice, and determination in the freedom struggle.
The Prime Minister said that the Quit India Movement, inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's leadership, infused new energy into the country's freedom struggle. This movement demonstrated the unwavering resolve and unity of the people of India to achieve freedom from colonial rule.

He described the contribution of the freedom fighters as an important legacy in the country's history.
