JSLPS's new HR policy implemented, employees rejoice
Approximately 1,300 additional positions will be created, employees express gratitude to Minister Deepika Pandey Singh
Ranchi, August 8: The implementation of the long-awaited Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS)'s new Human Resource (HR) Policy has brought joy to JSLPS employees across the state. A large number of employees arrived in Ranchi on Saturday to express their gratitude to Rural Development, Rural Works and Panchayati Raj Minister Deepika Pandey Singh. Employees welcomed the minister with drums and traditional dances.
The implementation of the new HR Policy will create approximately 1,300 additional positions within JSLPS. This is expected to address the organization's human resource shortage, increase efficiency, and strengthen the effective implementation of government schemes in rural areas. It will also provide new employment opportunities for the state's youth.
Minister Deepika Pandey Singh stated that the role of JSLPS personnel is crucial in empowering rural women and delivering government schemes to the grassroots. She explained that over 3.2 million women in Jharkhand are associated with self-help groups. JSLPS personnel have played a significant role in their economic and social empowerment.
She stated that the new HR Policy is an important step towards strengthening the JSLPS institutionally, while boosting the morale and efficiency of personnel. The Minister expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and the Finance Minister for this decision and congratulated the JSLPS personnel for their continued efforts and perseverance.
The Minister stated that with the implementation of the HR Policy, the responsibilities of personnel have also increased. Now, with even greater dedication, work must be done to connect rural women with livelihood opportunities, social security, skill development, and women's entrepreneurship. She stated that a strong JSLPS, empowered women, and a strong rural economy are the strong foundations of Jharkhand's development.
On this occasion, Urban Development Minister Sudibya Kumar Sonu stated that JSLPS is identified by its women's groups. He said that this decision taken for JSLPS employees is very important for their secure future and employment.
