FJCCI Election: Dr. Abhishek Ramadhin Enters Presidential Race; Outlines Development Vision for Traders

Activity has intensified regarding the upcoming election of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI). Dr. Abhishek Kumar Ramadhin, a former General Secretary and current Executive Committee member of the Chamber, has announced his candidacy for the post of President and shared his vision, placing the interests of traders and entrepreneurs at the forefront.
Dr. Ramadhin stated that his priorities would include providing a secure business environment for traders, ensuring the swift resolution of issues related to government departments, and developing better infrastructure for industry and trade. He added that the Chamber would effectively raise issues concerning business interests by coordinating with the government and the administration.
He spoke about promoting the Orange Economy, Blue Economy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), startups, medical tourism, digital services, and MSME modernization in Jharkhand. He emphasized that increasing investment in these sectors could create new local opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship for the youth.
Dr. Ramadhin stated that the Chamber would be transformed into a more transparent, accountable, and technology-driven organization, where the concerns of all members—from small traders to large industrialists—would receive equal priority.
Dr. Ramadhin, a former General Secretary who has served five consecutive terms on the Executive Committee, said his goal is to leverage his experience to elevate the Chamber's operational efficiency to new heights. He noted that his father, the late R.D. Singh—a former President of the Federation Chamber—had worked to establish the Chamber not merely as a traders' association but as a powerful platform for the development of society and the state. He affirmed, "It is my resolve to carry forward the legacy of service, integrity, and organizational values established by my father, while integrating modern thinking, new technology, and a fresh vision for development." Reiterating his election pledge—"Safe Trade, Strong Industry, Developed Jharkhand: A New Direction, A New State"—Dr. Ramadhin stated that his goal is to build a strong, effective, and visionary chamber for traders and entrepreneurs.
