Morning Procession Organized to Raise Awareness on World TB Day
On the occasion of World TB Day, the District TB Office organized a morning procession (Prabhat Pheri) with the objective of raising public awareness regarding the prevention of TB and the importance of its timely treatment. Several doctors and healthcare workers participated in this event, including Civil Surgeon Dr. Prabhat Kumar, District TB Officer Dr. Baski, DPM Praveen Kumar Singh, and DPC Rakesh Roy. Students from the ANMTC also participated enthusiastically, helping to spread the public message. Through the morning procession, people were sensitized to the symptoms, diagnostic procedures, and treatment options for TB, and were urged to seek timely medical care.
