Grand Commencement of the State Republic Fair Festival in Godda

The 4th State Republic Fair Festival 2026 was grandly inaugurated at Godda's historic Gandhi Maidan by the Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Deepika Pandey Singh. She stated that this festival serves as a symbol of Jharkhand's rich cultural heritage, folk traditions, and social unity.
During this two-day event, renowned singers, poets, and artists from across the country will present their performances. On the first day, a vibrant array of cultural programs, folk dances, and traditional performances captivated the audience.
The Minister remarked that this platform provides an opportunity to empower local artists and the youth, while also helping them gain recognition. Great enthusiasm regarding the event is evident among the city residents. Public representatives, government officials, and a large number of citizens were present at the event.
