Bank of India's Annual Training for Armed Guards Begins
Ranchi: Guru Prasad Gond, Field General Manager of Bank of India, inaugurated a two-day annual training program for the bank's armed guards for the financial year 2025-26. Held on March 18 and 19, the objective of this training is to further strengthen the bank's security infrastructure. In his inaugural address, he emphasized that armed guards serve as the bank's first line of defense, making it imperative for them to remain vigilant and proficient. On the first day, the guards received instruction through case studies and information regarding modern security equipment, while the second day featured live firing exercises conducted at Khelgaon. A total of 52 guards participated in the training, with security officers from various zones playing a pivotal role in the proceedings.
